Order processing time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. This processing time is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Processing may take longer during holidays, peak periods, for large orders, or due to other operational or supply‑chain factors. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery time

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout. Any delivery timeframes or dates provided at checkout or in follow‑up emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery delays can occur due to the carrier, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond Spicenza’s control.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

When your order ships, you may receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, where available from the carrier. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours (or longer during busy periods) to appear or update.

Risk of loss; damaged or missing packages

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when Spicenza delivers the order to the carrier. Spicenza is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged in transit or after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the product until your claim is resolved.

Shipping limitations

At this time, Spicenza ships only within the United States and does not offer international shipping. Spicenza reserves the right to refuse any order or to change carriers, shipping methods, or service levels at its discretion.
