Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Water or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder(Shop)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds(Shop)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (optional)(Shop)
  • 1–2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup
  • For topping Banana or berries

Instructions

  1. 1In a small saucepan, combine oats and water or milk.
  2. 2Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3Stir in cinnamon, chia seeds, and turmeric (if using).
  4. 4Cook until the oats are creamy and the chia seeds have thickened the mixture, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. 5Sweeten with honey or maple syrup and serve topped with banana slices or berries.
