- •1 tablespoon Chia seeds(Shop)
- •3/4 cup Almond milk
- •1/4 cup Greek or coconut yogurt
- •1–2 teaspoons Maple syrup or honey
- •1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- •For topping Berries or sliced fruit
Instructions
- 1In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.
- 2Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 4In the morning, give the mixture a stir and add a splash of milk if you prefer a looser texture.
- 5Top with berries or sliced fruit before serving.
