Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds(Shop)
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek or coconut yogurt
  • 1–2 teaspoons Maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • For topping Berries or sliced fruit

Instructions

  1. 1In a jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. 2Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. 4In the morning, give the mixture a stir and add a splash of milk if you prefer a looser texture.
  5. 5Top with berries or sliced fruit before serving.
