Matcha Green Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder(Shop)
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (optional, plus more for rolling) Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine oats, matcha powder, and coconut (if using).
  2. 2Add almond butter and honey/maple syrup, then stir until a dough-like mixture forms.
  3. 3If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water; if too sticky, add a bit more oats.
  4. 4Roll into small balls and, if desired, roll each ball in extra coconut.
  5. 5Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
