Matcha Green Energy Balls

Ingredients
- •1 tablespoon Matcha powder(Shop)
- •1 cup Rolled oats
- •1/3 cup Almond butter
- •3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- •1/4 cup (optional, plus more for rolling) Desiccated coconut
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine oats, matcha powder, and coconut (if using).
- 2Add almond butter and honey/maple syrup, then stir until a dough-like mixture forms.
- 3If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water; if too sticky, add a bit more oats.
- 4Roll into small balls and, if desired, roll each ball in extra coconut.
- 5Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
