Ingredients
- •1 teaspoon Amla powder(Shop)
- •1 medium, peeled and segmented Orange
- •1 small, chopped Carrot
- •1/2 inch, peeled (or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder) Fresh ginger
- •3/4–1 cup Water or coconut water
- •1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
Instructions
- 1Add water or coconut water to your blender.
- 2Add orange segments, chopped carrot, ginger, and amla powder.
- 3Blend on high until completely smooth.
- 4Taste and add honey if you’d like additional sweetness.
- 5Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
