Citrus & Amla Immunity Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Amla powder(Shop)
  • 1 medium, peeled and segmented Orange
  • 1 small, chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 inch, peeled (or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder) Fresh ginger
  • 3/4–1 cup Water or coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Add water or coconut water to your blender.
  2. 2Add orange segments, chopped carrot, ginger, and amla powder.
  3. 3Blend on high until completely smooth.
  4. 4Taste and add honey if you’d like additional sweetness.
  5. 5Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
