Ginger Turmeric Morning Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder(Shop)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder(Shop)
  • 250 ml Hot water
  • 1–2 teaspoons (optional) Lemon juice
  • 1–2 teaspoons (optional) Honey

Instructions

  1. 1Add ginger and turmeric powder to a mug.
  2. 2Pour hot (not boiling) water over the powders and stir until well combined.
  3. 3Allow the tea to sit for 2–3 minutes so the flavors can bloom.
  4. 4Add lemon juice and honey if desired; stir again.
  5. 5Sip slowly while warm.
