Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Beetroot powder(Shop)
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small, frozen Banana
  • 1–1.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • To taste Honey or dates (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Add almond milk or coconut water to your blender.
  2. 2Add frozen berries, banana, beetroot powder, and chia seeds.
  3. 3Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Taste and add honey or a date if you’d like more sweetness.
  5. 5Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled.
