Ingredients
- •1 tablespoon Beetroot powder(Shop)
- •1 cup Frozen mixed berries
- •1 small, frozen Banana
- •1–1.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
- •1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- •To taste Honey or dates (optional)
Instructions
- 1Add almond milk or coconut water to your blender.
- 2Add frozen berries, banana, beetroot powder, and chia seeds.
- 3Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- 4Taste and add honey or a date if you’d like more sweetness.
- 5Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled.
